Parents and teens can ask questions about drug and alcohol use, addiction and recovery on the Juvenile Justice Information Exchange (JJIE) website. Questions are answered by an expert, Neil Kaltenecker, Executive Director of the Georgia Council on Substance Abuse and a board member of Faces & Voices of Recovery (FAVOR).
